Senior/System Engineer
Job Description:
- Primary responsibility for the Windows, Linux servers & services, appliances on hardware and OS level and for the Storage Systems on handling 1st level support. This includes Microsoft365E3 & AZURE AD portal.
- Secondary responsibility for Database, Network, Security engineering tasks.
- Look into ways to automate system tasks.
- Progressively fine tuning to optimize systems, security, network & databases capabilities.
- Keep harden system security with cost effective without compromise.
- Play a “hands-on” role in the above-mentioned areas when required by the situation, ensuring delivery in the different areas of responsibility
- Manage teams of external consultants associated with the delivery of the above services.
- Supervise and ensure the installation and maintenance and operation of the hardware, the firmware and the system related software including the appropriate procedures and documentation where necessary.
- Follow up and optimize the contracts and Service Level Agreements in the areas of responsibility, both in offered services and in value for money, as well as structuring their monitoring and delivery through the ITSM & ISK27K operating processes.
- Report in a timely fashion to the Head of Unit and Head of Division and ensure availability and consistency of appropriate management information by area Management, Configuration/Change Management and Data Centre Lifecycle in the area of responsibility following ISO27K standard.
- Implement the system follow security guidelines and policies recommended by the IT Security Unit and related results of internal and external audits
- Coordinates the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs.
- Support the IT Operations team in tuning the monitoring and backup solutions.
- Co-operate with the relevant teams within and outside the division for the support of applications.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information System or equivalent.
Experience:
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Microsoft Cloud Engineer.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Data Centre field.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our Legal & Corporate Services Department. The role involves providing legal support on a broad range of corporate, commercial, litigation, and compliance matters, while also support in overseeing the management of corporate secretarial functions in coordination with external company secretaries. The successful candidate will contribute to the Group’s strategic and operational needs, particularly in areas relating to technology solutions, cross-border tenders, and consultancy services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Corporate & Commercial Legal Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including but not limited to NDAs, letters of intent, teaming agreements, service agreements, tender-related agreements, IT-related agreements, commercial agreements, share sale agreements and shareholders agreements.
- Provide legal advice on local and cross-border transactions, and tender participation requirements.
- Assist in structuring and reviewing business arrangements and partnerships to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Litigation & Dispute Management
- Manage and monitor ongoing litigation and potential disputes involving the Group.
- Liaise with external legal counsels and provide updates for management.
- Corporate Secretarial Oversight
- Coordinate with external company secretaries and provide company secretarial support.
- Support the preparation of material for board meetings and post meeting follow up.
- Compliance

Security Engineer
Job Description:
- Protecting computer systems and networks.
- Develop & maintain Information Security Plans and Policies with yearly review or as need arise.
- Develop & maintain hardening checklist by adopting industrial best practice and review yearly.
- Plan and carry out an organization’s information security strategy. Develop a set of security standards and best practices for the organization and recommend security enhancements to management as needed.
- Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach.
- Educating the workforce on information security through training and building awareness.
- Use of firewalls and data encryption programs to protect organizations’ sensitive information. Also assist computer users with installation or processing of new security products and procedures.
- Conducts quarterly scans of networks to find any vulnerability.
- Conduct bi-yearly penetration testing, in which they simulate an attack on the system to highlight or find any weaknesses that might be exploited by a malicious party.
- Must constantly monitor organization’s networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions with software that helps to notify of intrusions and watch out for irregular system behaviour.
- Leads incident response activities to minimize the impact. Afterwards, lead a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage. Prepare reports of the findings to be reported to management.
